The Summit “Made in the Americas Global Digital Services Summit” aims to offer an opportunity to exchange the latest trends in the global services sector and identify business and investment opportunities. More than 600 companies participate in the service sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Europe and North America; with focus on the ITO segments (outsourcing of Information Technologies), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and KPO (Outsourcing of Knowledge Processes). Organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Ministry of Production and Labor of Argentina and the Argentine Agency for Investment and International Trade.
